I am an Irishman living in France. Two years ago,pre-covid I delivered a letter (sept 2019) to you for your President & the Gift of my Book on Gravity. I have not received a reply from you or you Govt. I plan to be in Ireland end of June & I would like to visit the Embassy to discuss. I have sent numerous emails and I have not had a reply.
